We are a company founded in Berlin that fully digitizes all processes of a bicycle repair shop. This enables our corporate and private customers to optimize online appointment booking, transparent processes that make it possible to know the status of a booking or repair at any time, and faster processing of repairs, as downtime for mechanics due to missing bikes or spare parts is a thing of the past. We offer both stationary bicycle services in the workshop and mobile bicycle maintenance and repairs where mechanics come home to companies and private individuals in cargo bikes or workshop vans converted into mobile workshops.
We support the entire bicycle repair process, from initial contact to repair and payment, completely digitally. In this way, we know exactly what needs to be done and which spare parts we need to bring to the customer even before the actual bike or e-bike service. This eliminates pointless driving back and forth, frustrating pushing broken bikes to workshops, waiting for bicycle spare parts even though you need your bike every day or even being turned away by the bike repair shop because you didn't buy the bike there. Through our website and communication channels, we are constantly in contact with our customers and provide information about the current status of the repair process, parts procurement or the location of the mechanic with your bike. At the end of the bike maintenance, this is digitally displayed in a document so that every customer knows exactly what work has been done. Bicycle service should no longer be a difficult obstacle today, but should be simple, convenient, fast and inexpensive. Technology helps to simplify these processes and make them more pleasant for our customers.
Sustainability and customer comfort and safety are important to us. Our mission is, among other things, to get people out of cars and back onto bikes. Instead of simply scrapping old bikes and buying ever new products or bikes and thus creating more and more scrap metal on our planet, we want to repair the inventory of existing bikes and get them ready to go again. In this way, we are helping to ensure that the world's existing bicycle fleet ends their hibernation in the cellar and is used again without constantly boosting new consumption or generating CO2 through combustion vehicles. We also keep bikes permanently in well-maintained condition, which counteracts decay, ensures road safety in cycling and road traffic and keeps humanity active and healthy.
